All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal using a secure shipping method with a tracking code.
We offer free shipping for orders over €45 / €60, depending on your region. No code is required; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes taxes.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible once an order has been placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, and you can expect your order to arrive based on the timeline outlined below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at hello@tuttibear.com within 5 business days. Include photos of the damages so we can assist you promptly.
